Rosemary Coconut Roasted Grapes

Gluten-Free, Vegan

Serves 2


  • 1/2 pound grapes
  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange grapes on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle grapes with oil and sprinkle with sea salt, rosemary and coconut flakes. Roast until skins are crisp, approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.
